Arts Editor Pay: $400/month
Looking to hire a dedicated, reliable editor for the arts section. A wide variety of interests including, but not limited to, music,
movies, theatre, books, video games is a must. Must be a good communicator and enjoy working in a team, and top-notch
writing and editing skills are essential. A familiarity with the arts at Douglas College is a huge plus. Must be available to cover
College arts events.
Sports Editor Pay:$400/month
Looking to hire a sports editor who can generate engaging content on a wide variety of sports. Must be able to generate
Canucks-related content as well as College sports content. Must be willing to go see live sports at Douglas and write about
the multitude of sports at the College—including basketball, baseball, badminton, soccer, golf and others. Must be an
excellent, clear writer and editor.
Distribution Manager Pay: $520/month
Need to hire a distribution manager who can work Tuesday mornings to reliably deliver The Other Press to various locations
around the Lower Mainland. Must be available other times in the week for circulation counts and other deliveries as they
arise. Must have own vehicle.
